Update:
“Gypsy’s Meadow” is coming to the front, with much work and perfection. It is going to be an amazing book. I have to say working on a children’s picture book is completely out of my element. This book in particular is a tough one for me, because it literally pulls all of my heart strings. It has been tough for me to edit, whereas all the words have such a huge meaning. Even though the book is based on fiction, but it still highlights huge points in my life. Knowing the meaning of the book is working towards such a wonderful cause, makes the book completely meaningful.
Andrea Barstow, has shared her editing techniques with me, where as she has a strong back ground in this manner. She has really taken her time in making this book one of a kind. I thank her greatly for all that she has done.
Madison and I have spent some time at First Light Farm Equine Rescue, the horses there have touched us in such a huge way. Knowing that the funds are going towards their future is a feeling that I cannot even describe. I am so proud of my daughter in helping me share our story. I hope that this book is read from many readers and so nervous, but excited to share this story.
My wish is for this book to be great, and help the horses find their love. We have only two weeks to go, and then all the readers will have a chance to share their generous donations and enjoy the great read.
We do have something up are sleeve, and I think readers will love to have a sneak peek preview before the book is in paperback.
I will update you all, when we decide to let the cat out of the bag. :o)
